
Saltsjöbaden’s boat club is a non-profit association that, on behalf of its members, promotes local boating and promotes good comradery and seamanship.
Saltsjöbaden’s boat club was founded in 1926 and today has nearly 950 members. The club is open to anyone who wants to become a member, but a berth can only be offered to those who live in Nacka municipality.
Saltsjöbaden’s boat club’s harbor is located in Pålnäsviken at latitude N 59.17.27 and longitude E 18.18.07.
The harbor facilities include a number of piers and buoys in Pålnäsviken as well as piers in Neglingemaren. The club also has access to the land area furthest into Pålnäsviken where there are ramps for taking in boats.
Taking in and launching are handled by non-profit organizations. The harbor is guarded at night by the members themselves and a security company.
